If you are looking for a training program with a difference, then you need to try one of my boxing/martial arts sessions. These are a great stress buster if you have had a hard day at the office. With over 20 years experience including kickboxing, traditional karate and a former National gold medallist with the Karate Union of Great Britain I can teach you all the skills from these exciting disciplines.

Boxing sessions start with learning the basics, from correct stance to punches and footwork. Then moving onto shadow boxing, focus mitt and bag work. As the client progresses more advanced footwork and pad techniques are introduced which can then lead into light shadow sparring. The aim is to work on speed, stamina, strength endurance, balance and increase hand eye co-ordination and provides a fun, but very challenging session.

Clients can then be introduced to kickboxing techniques incorporating anything from various kicking combinations, to knee and elbow strikes and takedowns. These sessions can be purely fitness orientated or have a more self defence format. Again, the emphasis always being on enjoyment, learning
good technique but still remaining a challenge.
