The kettlebell or girya (Russian)
is a traditional Russian cast iron weight looking somewhat
like a cannonball with a handle. A favourite tool of the strongmen
of old, the kettlebell has enjoyed a revival in fitness circles
and proving its worth. It is considered to be the ultimate
tool for all-around fitness and cross-training benefit. Kettlebell
workouts increase strength, endurance, agility and balance,
challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular system with
dynamic, total-body movements. The sport of kettlebell lifting
or girevoy has been nationally recognized and played in Russia
for decades. As well as being a senior instructor and founder member with the United Kingdom Kettlebell Association i have my own unique method for using this exceptional
piece of equipment and look forward to showing you just how
effective it can be.
Kettlebell Training Sessions
£40 per session. ( 2 people training together)

If you have never used a kettlebell before you will be amazed at the effect it
has on your physique, stamina and endurance. It will kick
start your metabolism into overdrive and melt fat from your
body. If you are looking for conditioning for any sport, kettlebells
are the answer. For ladies who want lean, firm thighs, glutes
and hips, then kettlebells are the answer.
Boxing & Karate Training Sessions
£40 per session. (2 people training together)
£350 block of 10
With over 20 years experience and a former national gold medalist with the karate Union of Great Britain I can teach you all the skills from these exciting disciplines.
These sessions are based around traditional karate techniques
and boxing style workouts and incorporate focus mitt, shadow
boxing, skipping and punch bag work. The aim is to work on
speed, stamina, strength, balance and increase hand eye co-ordination
and provides a very tough physical session.
Please Note:
Training sessions last 55 mins.
A full health check must be undertaken by each new client
before a course of sessions can begin.

All block bookings must be paid in advance to take advantage
of the discount.
All block bookings must be taken over the course of 9 months
from the date of the original booking.
48 hours notice is required for cancellations otherwise the session will be charged for.
Travelling time will be charged for at a reduced rate for
journeys 20 mins or further.
