My experience at tailoring training programs to individuals needs shows in
the results I get with my clients. It might be that you need to drop weight
fast or gain muscular weight to compete at a different weight class in your
chosen sport. If its sports conditioning that you need, then my individual
and unorthodox programs will get you in the best possible condition, no
matter what your sport.
I specialise in using weight training programs to reshape the body to give
the much desired lean and toned look.
If its aerobic/anaerobic conditioning that you need to improve, then my
interval programs will get you there fast.
No matter what type of program you require, you will be carefully monitored
throughout to ensure that you are training correctly and efficiently.
Health Consultations
Health Consultations are undertaken as a guide to indicate your current level of fitness and provide a program of aerobic/anaerobic conditioning to improve both fitness levels. A report is then produced outlining the details obtained in the assessment. A health consultation must be undertaken before a course of personal training sessions are given.

After an initial consultation where muscular imbalances will be determined, a programme of corrective exercise will be prescribed which includes mobilisation exercises, isometric and eccentric strengthening, stretching tight areas with passive, active and PNF stretching to aid the injured client in the rehabilitation process.
Metabolic Typing Nutritional Programme
The metabolic typing diet is an exciting dietary method that anyone can use to customise their diet to meet their body's own individual needs. A full health check must be undertaken by each new client before a course of sessions can begin.
For two people training together - £65
Block of 10 - £575
All block bookings must be paid in advance to take advantage of the discount.
All block bookings must be taken over the course of 9 months from the date of the original booking.
48 hours notice is required for cancellations otherwise the session will be charged for.
Travelling time will be charged for at a reduced rate for journeys 20 mins or further.
