Personal Training

All personal training sessions are tailored to match the needs
of each individual. The sessions can take place in your home,
outdoors or at a fully equipped town centre gymnasium (no
membership required)- whatever suits your needs. You will
be carefully monitored throughout your programme to ensure
you are training correctly and efficiently whilst remaining
highly motivated.
Health Consultations
£40.00
Health Consultations are undertaken as a guide to indicate
your current level of fitness and provide a program of aerobic/anaerobic
conditioning to improve both fitness levels. A report is then
produced outlining the details obtained in the assessment.
A health consultation must be undertaken before a course of
personal training sessions are given.

Blood pressure
Resting heart rate
Body composition and weight
Lung capacity
Vo2 max
Muscular endurance
Goal setting

Therapy Sessions £40.00 per session

After an initial consultation where muscular imbalances will
be determined, a programme of corrective exercise will be
prescribed which includes mobilisation exercises, isometric
and eccentric strengthening, stretching tight areas with passive,
active and PNF stretching to aid the injured client in the
rehabilitation process.
Metabolic Typing Nutritional Programme
The metabolic typing diet
is an exciting dietary method that anyone can use to customise
their diet to meet their body's own individual needs. Imagine

Sports Massage
1hr - £35
1/2 hr - £20
Sports massage is the perfect way to help overcome
muscle soreness and help speed up the recovery process after
periods of hard training. It may be that a client has a specific
area that needs addressing or it could be that an overall
body massage is required.
Please Note:
Training sessions last 55 mins.
A full health check must be undertaken by each new client
before a course of sessions can begin.
For two people training together - £65
Block of 10 - £575
All block bookings must be paid in advance to take advantage
of the discount.
All block bookings must be taken over the course of 9 months
from the date of the original booking.
48 hours notice is required for cancellations otherwise the session will be charged for.
Travelling time will be charged for at a reduced rate for
journeys 20 mins or further. |
